Bio

Anissa White received her Master’s in Fine Art degree from Pennsylvania Western University Edinboro where she graduated summa cum laude in 2025. In 2017, she received her BFA in ceramics, summa cum laude, from the University of Hartford in Connecticut. Originally from Massachusetts, she has moved around the country sharing her passion for art as an instructor and technician in both private and collegiate art studios.

Anissa uses clay, screen printing, and installation as conduits for social commentary on issues such as women’s healthcare and sexual assault. Her work has been exhibited in galleries such as River Oaks Square Art Center in Alexandria, Louisiana, and Charlie Cummings Gallery in Gainesville Florida.
